Shipping policy


Prior shipping there is a production time of an ordered item/items which can vary from 2 till 15 days (called as order processing time).

Shipping time (transit time): in average 2-5 weeks by mail (by default the listing conditions include a shipping by mail).

Expedite shipping (by DHL) is also possible. Please contact us additionally if you need to ship your order quickly.

COVID-19 in some contries can affect a transit time depending upon the situation on a day of shipping.


If there is a problem with an item you received, please contact us within: 5 days of delivery. Please discribe a problem and provide photos. There can be a partial refund, a full refund, a replacement. 

Request an order cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase (unless shipped earlier)

Some big volume items can be shipped in several parcels due to weight/volume restriction of a mail service.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective (or with any shop's mistakes), I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
